Born out of an 80 year old deli, Circus Pizza is St Johns Woods newest pizza joint. Categorising the world around us is part of human nature, but our dough lies beyond definition. Light, chewy, crisp and airy, it is an assemblage of adjectives built on the time honoured recipe of water, flour and salt. Peak inside and you won’t find anything artificial, just big bubbles that have taken their time to form.
